1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Monodrop (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

2. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
  • You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.
  • You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
  • You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise.
  • You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. User Generated Contributions

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Monodrop. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit that content and to grant the limited license below.

By posting content, you grant Monodrop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content through Monodrop, and to make technical changes required to provide the service, such as resizing images or generating previews. This license is limited to operating, securing, and improving Monodrop and making your content available according to your chosen settings. It does not allow us to sell your content as standalone content.

This license ends when your content is deleted, except where a copy must remain temporarily in backups, is required for security or legal compliance, or has already been shared by another user in a way the service cannot reasonably retract. Service providers may process the content only on our behalf and for these same limited purposes.

4. Site Management

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:

  • Monitor the Site for violations of these Terms of Service.
  • Take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms of Service.
  • Refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable any of your Contributions or any portion thereof.
